Yale Galanter, Brooke Mueller’s drug defense lawyer, has successfully had her probation terminated early. Yale flew to Aspen to enter into talks with the prosecutor on the case. After they sat down and discussed the case, the prosecutor then had talks with the presiding judge which agreed to end Brooke’s probation because everyone had seen that Brooke was conducting herself in a responsible manner.
Seven months ago the actress received a sentence of one year on supervised probation when she was caught with less than four grams of cocaine while in Aspen, Colorado. January 3rd was the date she was released from probation. As long as Brooke, who is Charlie Sheen’s ex wife, stays out of trouble until May she will have this case expunged from her record.
