The production hiatus for the hit CBS sitcom “Two and a Half Men,” forced by star Charlie Sheen’s latest rehab treatment, means more work for the “Rules of Engagement” cast, a source familiar with the network’s schedule said. CBS placed Sheen’s show on hiatus Friday after his representative announced he was seeking rehab to “conquer the medical issues.”
